
With daily mindfulness, we become aware of the direction our mind is taking us, we learn to be more attentive, more mindful rather than distracted. With mindfulness meditations, we are practicing an even deeper awareness, where we can reconnect with the inner energy field that is not our mind. It is simply the presence of being. It is anchored in our breath and in other sensations we may experience.
