Here We Go… Again
This new year has arrived with a air of uncertainty and many feel fear, doubt, and deep concerns about the future. Rev. Joanna Gabriel will explore spiritual approaches that use the energy of these times to lift us up rather than pull us downward.
As a spiritual counselor and coach, Rev. Joanna Gabriel has had the honor to walk with people along their journeys for over 30 years, both individually and in group settings with hundreds of people from around the world. Her life and work experience is extensive and quite varied and includes serving as the Director of Education and Worldwide Communications for the ReCreation Foundation, supporting the work of Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God series of books,
She is also an ordained new thought minister and, serving in a chaplaincy capacity, has also had the opportunity to support patients and families in a hospital setting. As a trained Hospice volunteer, she has held space for many people at their moments of transition. She worked for seven years in a Level I Trauma Center and served as an interim spiritual leader, speaker, class facilitator, prayer/meditation leader and workshop/retreat facilitator for New Thought churches throughout the Pacific Northwest. Rev. Gabriel currently serves as the Spiritual Advisor for the Unity church on beautiful Whidbey Island.
