Releasing Old Burdens
Outmoded thoughts and emotions can drag us down and interfere with experiencing abundant life. We will focus on the sacred process of releasing old burdens for an expanded sense of joy, freedom, and presence.

The Divine Masculine
We hear about the Divine Feminine and toxic masculinity.
All expressions of life are a combination of feminine and masculine energy.
Let's connect with the Divine Masculine, releasing old experiences and paradigms,
welcoming healing and upliftment.
From a Connect & Glow space of relaxation and openness, we will recognize,
appreciate and uphold divine masculine energy.
All genders welcome!

Carole Glenn will join us so we will have some music to help us find our own answer.

There is an ancient wound that longs to be healed,
the feeling of being separate, alone, and isolated.
Through meditation, prayer, love, and creativity we access our hearts, nourish our souls, and reunite with the divine.
This week's meditation is inspired by Matthew Fox's book
"Creativity" Where the Divine and the Human Meet

Embodying and Allowing
Our bodies are incredible instruments. If we observe and listen, they can be wonderful teachers.
How can we stay with the challenges, fears, and pain that we sometimes feel in our bodies?
If we resist, we may suffer more.
Can we practice full embodiment while also being the space, presence, and peace that we are?
Can we allow what is without trying to change it?
